Privacy

CrawlGap stores the name, email, website address and any message you submit, plus the public HTML we fetched to produce your report. Data lives on the operator's machine in crawlgap/data/ until a hosted backend exists.

What we do with it

We use it to run your audit, reply to your enquiry, and — if you become a client — to deliver the services you have paid for. We do not sell or rent your details. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

What we do not do

We do not create accounts on third-party sites, do not collect passwords, and do not use fake identities, reviews or traffic. Optional user-agent probes are off unless you ask for them on a site you control.

Client websites

If you engage us, we may receive read access to your analytics, search console and advertising accounts as needed to do the work. We ask for the minimum access required, you can revoke it at any time, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Third parties

If we run advertising on your behalf, the relevant ad platform receives your campaign data under its own privacy policy. We do not send your customer data anywhere else.

Your rights

Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
